When does my credit expire?
Store credit expires 12 months after it's earned. You'll get a reminder email before that happens so you never lose credit by surprise.
How much credit can I use per order?
Up to 50% of your cart subtotal. So a $200 order can take $100 off, a $1,000 order can take $500 off, and so on. The other 50% covers shipping, tax, and ensures the order ships profitably.
Can I stack credit with other discounts?
Store credit can be used on its own. It can't be combined with other coupon codes at checkout — one discount per order.
