Mounting acoustic slat wood wall panels takes adhesive or screws through the felt backing. No special tools, no contractor, no permits. Most people finish a full 8-foot accent wall in under 2 hours. Want maximum sound absorption? Add wooden battens with mineral wool behind the panels and your NRC rating climbs toward 1.0.

The vertical slat structure on our acoustic wood wall panels is built for backlighting. Tuck the LED strip into the groove behind the walnut or oak slats and you get warm ambient light that follows the grain of the wood. It's the single change that takes your accent wall from finished to photographed. Smartphone-controlled. Ships with everything you need.

Start with acoustic slat wood wall panels on your main wall. Add geometric panels on the side return. Use trim pieces to close any edges cleanly. The SoundPanel™ collection is designed to pair across styles so your wall looks intentional, not assembled. Not sure what works together? The Room Visualizer shows you the finished layout before you order a single panel.

Standard drywall scores about 0.05 on the Noise Reduction Coefficient scale. SoundPanel™ acoustic wood wall panels score 0.85. The AcuFelt™ acoustic felt backing - 1,500 g/m² high-density polyester felt - traps mid-to-high-frequency sound waves. Your home office sounds clear on calls. Your living room stops bouncing audio wall to wall. Your bedroom actually feels quiet. FSC-certified, fire-rated, and backed by a 5-year warranty.

Every SoundPanel™ acoustic slat wood panel wraps genuine oak or walnut veneer on the face and all 3 exposed edges, including the top. That 3-sided finish is what furniture-grade means. Run your hand across the corner and there's no exposed MDF, no sharp edge, no plastic cap. Just wood grain that varies slightly panel to panel - because it comes from actual trees. That's exactly how it should look. All SoundPanel™ wood wall panels are FSC-certified and fire-rated.

We offer more than just acoustic wood wall panels. If you're looking to create bold visual impact, our geometric wood panel collection introduces striking patterns and dimensional design. For a more traditional and natural aesthetic, our solid wood panel collection delivers timeless appeal with rich, organic character. You can also explore our faux stone wall panel collection to achieve a textured, architectural look without the weight and complexity of real stone. By combining different panel styles, you can create layered, high-end interiors.

NRC stands for Noise Reduction Coefficient. It measures how much sound a surface absorbs on a scale from 0 (total reflection) to 1.0 (total absorption). Standard drywall scores about 0.05. Acoustic foam hits around 0.4. Our SoundPanel™ scores 0.85, which means it absorbs 85% of mid-to-high-frequency sound waves on contact. That is the difference between echoey Zoom calls and studio-clear audio. When mounted on battens with mineral wool insulation, effective absorption approaches 1.0.

Acoustic foam absorbs sound but looks industrial and only targets high frequencies (NRC ~0.4). SoundPanel™ absorbs a broader frequency range (NRC 0.85) while also diffusing sound waves through the slat structure. The result: better acoustics and a design upgrade at the same time. Foam degrades in 3 to 5 years, SoundPanel™ lasts 15 to 20 years with a 5-year warranty. Foam is not fire-rated, SoundPanel™ carries a D-s2,d0 fire rating.
Acoustic wall panels work by controlling how sound waves reflect within a room:
This combination helps reduce harsh noise, making conversations clearer and audio more enjoyable.
If your room sounds hollow or overly loud, installing acoustic wall panels can make an immediate difference.
Our wood slat acoustic panels are designed for a wide range of environments:
For most spaces, installing panels on one or two key walls is enough to noticeably improve acoustics.
The number of panels depends on your room size and layout.
As a general guide:
For accurate planning, measure your wall dimensions before ordering, use a Box Calculator on our product pages, or contact us to consult further.
All of our wood wall panels are designed for quick and flexible installation:
This makes acoustic wall panels a practical upgrade without the need for major renovation.
Each panel is crafted with commercial-grade materials for both performance and durability:
This ensures your panels not only look premium, but also deliver consistent acoustic improvement.
SoundPanel™ acoustic wood wall panels do two jobs at once: they make a room look designer and feel calmer, cutting echo and reverberation by up to 85%. Each panel wraps real wood veneer across the face, top, and both long edges (our Full-Cover Veneer with smooth edges), so there's no exposed MDF and no cheap laminate look, just a seamless natural finish that's easy to wipe clean.
Acoustic slat panels pair solid-look wood slats with a sound-absorbing felt backing. The slats scatter sound while the felt absorbs it, taming the hard echo you get in rooms with lots of glass, tile, or bare walls. The result is clearer conversation, better audio, and a space that feels more comfortable, without the clinical look of foam acoustic tiles.
Our acoustic panels come in genuine wood veneers like oak and walnut, so the grain and colour are authentic rather than printed. Built on FSC-certified MDF and rated Class A for fire, they resist water and scratches, add thermal insulation, and are backed by a 5-year warranty for homes and commercial spaces.
Anywhere sound and style both matter: home offices and meeting rooms where calls need to be clear, media rooms and home theaters, music and podcast studios, restaurants and receptions, or a living room or bedroom feature wall you also want to quiet down. Because they're decorative first, they earn their place on the wall even before you notice how much calmer the room sounds.
Real-wood acoustic performance without the middleman markup: full-cover veneer with no exposed MDF, Class A fire rating, water and scratch resistance, and DIY installation in under two hours.
