Installation & Downloads

The Panel Hub® range has been designed to be installed with ease. We recommend either screwing the panels straight into the wall, using the correct fixings, through the acoustic felt or if you are looking to increase the sound properties further, screwing them into batons. If installing on ceilings, the panels can be screwed straight into ceiling joists.

When cutting your panels, it's important to check where you are cutting in relation to the backing staples. If you cut the panels close to the staples, you may notice some slats lifting away from the backing where the panel has been cut. This is completely normal and is quickly rectified by adding additional staples through the backing felt or using a grab adhesive on the back of the slats.

What Makes The SoundPanel® Better

See the key features that set us apart—from real wood surfaces to acoustic performance and precision-cut edges you won’t find on mass-market panels.

Image

100% Real Wood Surface

Features a 100% genuine wood veneer surface. Unlike others that use plastic or printed laminate, you’ll see and feel real wood grain, depth, and texture, sourced from responsibly managed, FSC-certified forests.

Image

3-Sided Wood Veneer

TPH® is the only brand in the USA offering real wood veneer slats with full 3-sided finishing. While other panels on the market leave exposed edges or sharp cuts, TPH® creates a premium finish.

Image

Superior Noise Absorption

With an NRC rating of 0.85, our panels absorb up to 85% of sound waves that hit them. That means less echo, reduced noise transfer between rooms, and a noticeably quieter, more peaceful space. Ideal for bedrooms, offices, studios, or anywhere noise control matters.

Image

High-Density Acoustic Felt

TPH® panel uses high-density acoustic felt backing, specifically engineered for sound absorption and long-term durability. The material is moisture-resistant, mold-resistant, and designed to hold its shape and performance for years.

Image

Water-Resistant CoreShield™

Each panel is built on our proprietary CoreShield™ system, utilizing high-density Moisture-Resistant MDF (MR-MDF) as the structural core. This engineered substrate is bonded with melamine-modified resin and infused with hydrophobic materials.

Image

UV-Resistant SurfaceGuard™

Each panel is protected by our proprietary SurfaceGuard™ finish, designed to resist fading, discoloration, and surface degradation. This advanced coating integrates UV-blocking agents that shield against prolonged sunlight exposure.

Your panels arrive securely packaged in protective cartons with edge guards and foam layers to prevent damage. Each box contains full-length panels or smaller cuts depending on your size selection. Every shipment is tracked and insured, so you’re covered from our warehouse to your door.

The panels are all in stock, so delivery takes 5-10 days. If we do have to wait for a new production run then it can be 2-3 weeks. For orders with free in-room installation, our team will contact you within 3 days of your order arrival to schedule your install.

Right now, our standard panel size is 94.5 inches tall (8 feet) and 23.6 inches wide. We don’t offer custom sizes, but you can easily install multiple panels side by side for a larger wall area.

Yes, but only in dry, low-moisture indoor areas like powder rooms, backsplashes, or dry kitchens. We don’t recommend them inside showers or areas with direct water contact.

Absolutely. Many customers run LED strips, TV cables, or speaker wires behind the panels. Just leave a small gap or cut channels as needed.

No problem. The panels are easy to cut on-site using a oscillating tools. You can trim them to fit around outlets, windows, light switches, or other wall features. If you qualify for free installation, our pro team will handle this for you.

For smaller projects, installation is fast and DIY-friendly with the included screws and oscillating tools, just screw the panels directly into drywall, studs, or other flat surfaces.

For larger orders (over $2,000), we’ll handle it for you for free with our in-room installation service. After checkout, we’ll contact you to set a date.

Our panels work on drywall, Rockwool® concrete, wood, brick, and plasterboard.

The panels have been designed to have the edge exposed. When cutting through the slats they are black throughout so an edge will always look like the rest of the panels

We source all our veneer from the same wood species, so the panels will look very close to what you see. That said, because this is real wood, natural variations in grain, texture, and color tone are normal. Minor differences, including slight knots or shade shifts, can occur between panels.

We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all unused panels. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll help with the return.
