Every product reflects our belief that better materials and smarter systems make all the difference.
Real Wood. Real Acoustic. No Shortcuts.
The Decision to Do It Right
The Panel Hub was born out of frustration. Our founders spent years seeing wall panels marketed as “wood” that looked cheap, felt plastic, absorbed little to no sound, and demanded complicated, labor-heavy installation.
Corners chipped easily. Veneers peeled. Acoustic claims didn’t hold up in real homes.
We knew interiors deserved better, and so did the people living in them.
That belief led us to build The Panel Hub, redefining quality wood wall panels through our SoundPanel™ and GroovePanel® collections. We’ve also introduced RockSurface®, a new line of faux stone wall panels designed to bring natural stone aesthetics without the weight or complex installation.
Our Journey
Engineering the Innovation (2012)
Everything was either practical or beautiful; it was rarely both. When we entered the market, wall panels fell into two extremes: Wall panels that looked good, but were difficult to install and had poor sound dampening performance. We began by perfecting acoustic slat panels: real wood veneer, denser AcuFelt™ formulation at 1,500 g/m², NRC rating of 0.85, and DIY-friendly installation.
Expanding Beyond Acoustics (2019)
Once the foundation was right, we expanded into decorative wood wall panels that stand out through their elegant design. With The Panel Hub, customers no longer have to decide between sound absorption and visual impact, premium materials and easy installation. We built the category we couldn’t find anywhere else in the market. The result? 4.0-Star Reviews on Trustpilot.
Putting Customers First (2020 - Present)
More than ten years on, The Panel Hub is still guided by one principle: our customers come first. We believe trust matters as much as design and smart manufacturing. 24/7 customer support. A 60-day return window. A 5-year warranty. Not as marketing promises, but as commitments we stand behind.
Direct to Your Space
We sell directly to customers with no distributors or retail markups. By manufacturing our own panels, every dollar goes into better materials, tighter quality control, and smarter construction.
This approach can save you up to 75% compared to traditional retail pricing.

Yes. The Trade Program offers volume pricing, dedicated account support, project-specific spec sheets, and expedited freight for commercial projects. Designers, architects, contractors, and developers can apply through the Trade page. Every TPH spec is backed by independent third-party certification. NRC 0.85 acoustic rating from SGS testing. FSC certification for wood sourcing. CE certification for construction safety. EN 13501-1 fire rating from accredited labs. Most marketplace panel brands claim acoustic performance without third-party verification. If you need further details on the certification, contact us at [email protected].

No. The Panel Hub is its own brand with its own factories, its own US warehouse, and its own support team. Many wood panel sellers online are dropshippers or marketplace resellers using shared overseas suppliers. TPH controls the supply chain end-to-end, which is how the spec sheet stays consistent and the warranty stays meaningful. Compare the published certifications and warranty terms before deciding which brand to trust.
